Crockpot Shredded Brisket
Ingredients:
- Market Trimmed Brisket
- Salt
- Pepper
- Minced Garlic
- Absolutely Mildly Wild BBQ Sauce
Directions:
- Rub Salt, Pepper, and Minced Garlic on both sides of the market trimmed brisket.
- Place the brisket fat side up in the crock pot.
- For best results slow cook the brisket on low for 6-8 hours or until cooked thoroughly.
- 30 minutes before serving, remove the brisket from to crock pot and drain juices while reserving 1/2cup of juices.
- Shred the brisket and return to the crock pot with the reserved juice.
- Cover the brisket with your favorite flavor of Absolutely BBQ Sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.
