Crockpot Shredded Brisket

Ingredients:

  • Market Trimmed Brisket
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Minced Garlic
  • Absolutely Mildly Wild BBQ Sauce

Directions:

Rub Salt, Pepper, and Minced Garlic on both sides of the market trimmed brisket. Place the brisket fat side up in the crock pot. For best results slow cook the brisket on low for 6-8 hours or until cooked thoroughly. 30 minutes before serving, remove the brisket from to crock pot and drain juices while reserving 1/2cup of juices. Shred the brisket and return to the crock pot with the reserved juice. Cover the brisket with your favorite flavor of Absolutely BBQ Sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.
