Crockpot Shredded Brisket


  • Market Trimmed Brisket
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Minced Garlic
  • Absolutely Mildly Wild BBQ Sauce


  • Rub Salt, Pepper, and Minced Garlic on both sides of the market trimmed brisket.
  • Place the brisket fat side up in the crock pot.
  • For best results slow cook the brisket on low for 6-8 hours or until cooked thoroughly.
  • 30 minutes before serving, remove the brisket from to crock pot and drain juices while reserving 1/2cup of juices.
  • Shred the brisket and return to the crock pot with the reserved juice.
  • Cover the brisket with your favorite flavor of Absolutely BBQ Sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.
